Countdown to Kindergarten

• Annual event taking place in Centre County

• Sponsored by local school districts, Head Start organization, and child care and Information service provider, local Kiwanis clubs, libraries, and other providers

• Children and families do hands-on activities and learn about Kindergarten options

Week of the young child

• Activities take place across the local community

• Nittany Kiwanis supported a community gathering of child care programs to host families

• Activities featured playing with the Preschool Math Thinking Kit, and doing crafts and outdoor play
